Since switching to the Yumbox bento style lunch box earlier this year, packing lunch has become a lot more fun at our house. Today I am sharing 7 healthy lunch ideas for packing kids lunch boxes.
I like to use leftovers whenever I can to make packing lunches in the morning quick and easy. Any lunchbox idea that you see marked with an asterisk (*) was made with leftovers from the previous night’s dinner.
Hard Boiled Eggs Yumbox :: Hard Boiled Eggs shaped into Pandas & Bears, Tomatoes & Mozzarella, Vanilla yogurt & granola, Strawberries and Goldfish Crackers.
Lasagna Roll Yumbox * :: Spinach Ricotta Lasagna Roll, Mozzarella Cheese, Peanut Butter Protein Bites, Nuts Mix, Sliced Mushrooms and Golden Rasberries.
Lentil Salad Yumbox :: Lentil Bruschetta Salad, Water Crackers, Hard Boiled Eggs, Broccoli, Berries Mix and Peanut Butter Bites.
Love Cakes Yumbox * :: Love Cakes with Feta Cheese & Kale Salad, Homemade Cheese Crackers, Babybel Cheese, Simple Bites, Strawberries, Cucumber, Carrot, Tomato Salad and Mixed nuts with Yogurt Raisins.
Meatball Skewers Yumbox :: Aidell’s Chicken & Pinapple Teriyaki Meatballs, Water Crackers, Mozzarella Cheese, Annie’s Gummy Snacks, Cucumber Spears, Pineapple Chunks with Blackberries
